14 Apr GREENLAND EXPEDITION – DAY 2 (13 APR)

On our 2nd day we managed to cover quite a distance. However, recent snowfall covers snow bridges and crevasses which makes everything harder. The first area we walked into had a lot of crevasses, so we decided to take another route. We managed to gain a lot of height before hitting challenging terrain once again. We spottet two other guys who are going to kite. They had to change thier route as well.

We really get to feel all of the research gear, photo equipment and ski sails that we are pulling in our pulks. As each of the sleds is weighing some 95 kgs, we need to do some important evaluations before tomorrow.
